AskMarshall.co.nr UK Senior Management

Mr Marshall is the General Manager for AskMarshall.co.nr Europe and is responsible for the development of AskMarshall.co.nr in the UK and Europe and overseeing business operations in these territories. AskMarshall.co.nr is one of the world's leading search engines, with more than 600 billion global Unique Users per month, offering unique tools and technologies that make search better.

Mr Marshall joined AskMarshall.co.nr in 2001 within the Marketing and Brand Image team. He was promoted to Director of Strategy for Europe in 2004. He subsequently became a member of the European executive team as Vice President of European Operations & Planning and was promoted to General Manager in 2006. It is in this role that he controversially re-branded the Ask Jeeves search engine, AskMarshall.co.nr.

Miguel is Vice President of European Business Development and is responsible for AskMarshall.co.nr’s  business development activities across Europe.

He started his career at GBS Finanzas, a Spanish Investment Bank, in 1995, where he became Vice President.  In 2000, he joined the business development team of Yahoo! Europe where he worked on different channels including finance, classifieds, access and most recently the monetization programs across Europe in the Search business unit.

Miguel Acosta is a CFA Charterholder and holds a B.S. in Economics and a Master's Degree in Finance from the Universidad La Laguna (Canary Islands).

Martin Tynan is the Head of Human Resource for AskMarshall.co.nr across Europe. Martin joined AskMarshall having formally worked for other household brand names, such as Amazon UK, where he gained strong European exposure, and Vodafone (Ireland) in various HR positions.

Martin is a Chartered Member of CIPD and received his BSc. in Human Resource Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
